RUNS LARGE. Bought as a 4’9” rug with small pony hood, much too big for my 12.2hh pony. Probably would fit as a 5’0”. Brand new, only tried on for 2 minutes. Great rug and really happy with the quality, I just have no use for it. Neck DOES NOT detach. RRP $119
